High performance, corrosion-resistant coating for protecting steel forms from rusting during prolonged storage.

FORM-ARMOR provides steel forms rust protection from the corrosive effects of rain and salt water mist during exterior exposure conditions for up to six months.

For use in all precast applications to protect steel utility molds, prestressed single and double tee beam forms and bridge girder forms from rust corrosion during storage. For use in protecting steel tunnel forms used in the construction of multi-family housing and prison projects and steel bridge forms from rust corrosion resulting from exposure to rain and salt water mist during storage. Use to protect steel waffle slab and dome pan forms from rust corrosion during storage.

Advantages

• Excellent rust corrosion inhibitor for steel forms and equipment. Provides protection for up to six months.

• Chemically reacts immediately after application, forming a waxy, protective coating that is both chemically and physically welded to the form surface.

• The polymerized film produced is highly water resistant, even to the corrosive effects of salt water mist.

• Dries rapidly in approximately 30 minutes.

• Easily applied with a hand pump sprayer, roller or brush that ultimately gels to become a protective coating that is both chemically and physically welded to the form or equipment surface.
